Entropy update: Last days of journalism

The already dubious Daily Beast has outdone itself by introducing "sponsored content." The first one we caught was a story about car plants using solar panels sponsored by none other than Shell which included this message: "History has proven that visionary minds have the power to change the world. We believe that the power of our collective minds can help create a smarter energy mix. Let's build a brighter future together."

What's next? A condom firm sponsoring a story on Monica Lewinsky?
